How fast is 48 hours?
Forty-eight hours from when payment is confirmed and we have the competitor URL(s). Weekends count. If a site is down or blocked, the clock pauses until we can access it — we will tell you.
Can I send more than one competitor?
The package covers one primary teardown (or you vs one named rival). Extra rivals are a separate order.
What language is the brief in?
English (British). We can read competitor sites in common EU languages; the written deliverable is in English unless agreed otherwise before work starts.
Do you need access to my analytics?
No. Public pages and publicly visible signals only.
Is this legal advice?

Can I get a refund?
